    Thanks! We only have these two maroon neos right now but have been very tempted to add more chondros already :D. I saw a few yellow Biak x Kofiau neos for sale I love!!

    They can be very colorful as adults. Anywhere from solid green to varying mixtures of yellow, blue, green and white to solid yellow.

    Ours are a Jayapura x Lereh cross. I'm hoping they become green with blue dorsal striping.

    nope....some can be blue, others can be black but you have to have deep pockets to get either of those!

    Mindblowing color!!! I love Chondros.... They only stay this color for how long though before they reach there adult color?

    Yeah, usually at about the 1 year mark they start to change into their adult colors. Mine just started the change a few weeks ago, very exciting to witness! Happens right before your eyes, greener and greener every day.

    biaks tend to hold their color a little longer. some take 3 years to fully change.
