This is super exciting! I knew with all the support, there was no way it would pass, but it's great to know for sure. Thanks to USARK and all who worked so hard! I'm still mad that anyone thinks its a good idea to pass bills like this, but I'm also VERY thankful for all the reasonable and dedicated pet owners and supports.
