    So the specialist said he has a RI that he probably got during shipping he is now on antibiotic shots every 72 hrs doc says he'll be fine since it isn't a bad RI

    also to clear this up, you raise the hot spot to like 95-96, and raise humidity by 2-5% should be about 60-62 during RI.

    I have 2 retics and a 12 foot burm that do. I also have a large male redtail that does it, I have had them all the vet all checked out healthy and all still went on small doses, initiated by me of antibiotics just to make sure. I notice it is done more when I or someone enters my snake room.

    how long is it going to be before i start to notice him getting better, i mean he doesnt seem to be wheezing as hard, and i can tell his mucus is drying up, is that good?

    Ever snake is different and how they personally react to the medication, age etc, young snakes such as yours will react faster than say older bigger snakes. But you should see signs almost immediately I would say within a week or so but make sure you use all the meds don't stop using cause he looks healthy, or you stop noticing everything seems to be ok. Use them all up, don't save them for another animal etc.. Also I wouldn't have any humidity, till he/she gets better. I would add water bowl every other day to allow your snake to drink and then after 2 or so hours pull it out. If he is shedding then soak him and get this off do not raise humidity
