    I also use a large room heater with a thermostat in the winter in the snake room, as well as UTH's. In the summer, a small air conditioner, also with a thermostat. So I have 78-80 degrees ambient year round. when the colubrids lay, I just keep the eggs in a sterilite on vermiculite at room temp. I've never had a problem with them hatching.
