    I find it works great. I used to use carefresh before I switched to the cage liners. I also like the carefresh but it was very messy and it got really expencive. The liners are cheap and do a great job :gj:

    Never tried liners I use coco coir (eco earth) I have never had any problems with it. i use both loose and blocks. I mix blocks expanded with water with the loose and never get it too wet or dry. I can't get aspen for less or even half as much! (110L or 3.9 cubic feet for 7$ CAD) It is as a bonus environmentally responsible.
