Judy,
Not necessarily true. The FedEx Express trucks have to be back at their hub by closing, which is 7pm to 7:30 in most cases. The FedEx Ground truck drivers deliver until empty. So, if they are not out by the time he has to get his truck back, they will return to the hub and try again the next day. That is the inherent problem with Express shipping.

Cody,
Depending on your area, and how rural you are, or how far the hub is from your delivery location, some Priority Overnight packages are guaranteed by 10:30am, 12:30 pm or 4:30 pm. Matt was rural, per the FedEx maps, and therefore, not guaranteed until 4:30.
P.S. Matt got his snakes, and they are fine. They were delivered at 5:13 pm. The flight out of Ft. Worth, TX was a bit late, causing some backup in delivery times.
Also, thanks for everyone that complimented my packaging, and reassured MAtt.

OH man matt did get his/my snakes .. and i mean to tell you Tim picked me out some real SMOKERS!!! . the one pastel almost looks super. the snakes he picked out for me are exactly what i had been looking for for the past few months.i def didnt have to settle for something less. .packing was great! And these little turds look very healthy!!!! i went in to take a peek after a little bit ,but didnt slide the tubs out. the male pastel was up scouting a bit .so i tried to feed him he ate. 1.5 hrs after arrival.maybe less.
