I'm assuming she means Kevin of NERD. At the Tinley NARBC, his entire display was pretty much 100+ individual ball pythons that all command a price of over $2000 and many are well beyond.

Kerry King mostly does carpet pythons from what I understand. I don't believe he needs to advertise animals very much, and certainly doesn't hit up the midwest reptile shows, but I've been hoping to pick up a snake from him some day.

He's usually at the Southern California shows. He's a nice guy but I am pretty sure I've only seen carpets on his table.

I was never a big metalhead growing up in the 70's and 80's (although Ozzy was a GOD, and I loved Deep Purple...) I listened more to bands like Frank Zappa and the Mothers, David Bowie, Velvet Underground, Queen, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, etc.

Nowadays, I'm starting to appreciate Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Tool, etc. I still don't like gutteral bands like Cannibal Corpse, but I was at a concert that Slayer played in, and was BLOWN AWAY. Those guys know how to grab your neurons and shake them. You will think this is a weird comment (unless you really understand what jazz is all about,) but I think Slayer understands what the Jazz 'vibe' is all about - they just take the jazz 'vibe' and stomp on it with a 2000 lb. cluster bomb.

Slayer is a great, great band.

Gotcha. I've heard about NERD on quite a few threads but as I said before i'm still pretty new on here so I don't know anyone on a first name basis. I hate living in ohio because for one there are no tarantulas or scorpions here, and for two the only non venomous snakes we have are garter snakes & dekays brown snakes. I envy people who live in places like arizona & cali.
