    Nope, bps don't require any UVA/UVB light, but an infrared light just means that the light is more or less "invisible." It only shows up red with those bulbs because of the red glass. It will still provide the right amount of heat and won't disturb any day/night patterns. That's what I use to heat my cool side in the winter months and I love them :)

    Oh, awesome. I was wondering what I would have to do about the heating when the winter comes :)
