    90 is fine, you don't need to go higher. If you really WANT to for whatever reason, just turn the thermostat up. The thermostat controls the temperature of your heat source. By transferring that heat through another object (such as the bottom of a tub) you're losing energy and so the surface temperature inside of the enclosure will be lower than the heat source surface temperature.
