Granite Ball

I'm picking him up Sunday. I can't wait! She said he's a little feisty, I hope he tags me! I've never been bitten before, my snakes are so calm and collected.

But I totally know how you feel about not getting bit. It used to drive me crazy not knowing, and reading everyones stories on here. And finally it happened and boy was I disappointed lol.

I feel like I'm not part of "the club" until it finally happens :giggle:

It's ok...I've only been nailed twice. Once by a baby ball python, and once by a really hungry 500 gram pastel.

Hey I was wondering, what does a "super" granite look like? I didn't even know that the granite trait was genetic.

There are certain markers to look for when determining if it's genetic or not. Even then it sometimes doesn't prove to be a genetic trait. If you look on Kingsnake classifieds there is a super up for grabs, that's the only place I've been able to find a good picture of a super. Not many people are working with it because it usually isn't genetic.
