I keep two heavy hides over the probes so the snake cannot get to the tape. I put rocks wherever the newspaper is loose so she cannot even get under the paper

But I was wondering, is ther a way to put thep robes down and keep them in one place without using tape?

I really want to get rid of the tape in my tub :(

Any help on this is appreciated so me and Kyle dont have problems in the future lol

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't it common knowledge by now that one should NEVER use tape of any kind in a snake's tank, no matter how "safe" it is?

Things like this only seem "common" to those of us who hear it all the time. There are countless numbers of people who keep snakes/reptiles as pets who never log into forums like this or read all the books and literature they can get about keeping them....and therefore, never hear about the dangers of using tape inside the enclosure. This doesn't make them stupid or irresponsible...they just don't know.
