Google spotnose ball python images and you'll see a bunch of them exactly like this one.
It's definitely not a yellow belly, my bets are on spotnose :)

I will have to agree with the majority here. Definitely not a YB, and my first bet would also be Spotnose due to the Lip markings and head pattern.
