    Re: 2010-2011 Breeding Season Plans
    For this season I have:

2000 gram clown male X 2000 gram black pastel female
2000 gram clown male X 1400 gram yellow belly female
2000 gram clown male X Matrix pastel female(pending breeder loan)
500 gram yellow belly dinker to 2 2000 gram normals(try to prove him out)
    500 gram Fire male X 2 2800 gram normals
900 gram male black pastel X 1800 gram albino female
900 gram male Black pastel X 1800 gram granite female

That's probably all but one or two might pop up yet, good luck to all this coming season!

This season, I'll just have Pastel male x Pewter Female again, but next year I'll have my smoking Pastel YB and a really nice YB up to size and I'll also have a ridiculous Fire that should breed next season, so 11-12 is going to be my first big season.

Beautiful spider! I am hoping my het albino will be up to size this year so I can breed too! She may be a late breeder!

Looks like it'll be an exciting year for everyone! :gj:

Here's what I'm planning for the upcoming season, not including the corn snakes (still debating over whether to breed them). I'm also a little male-heavy right now, so I'll either play some "who's the daddy" or pick up another breeding female.

Julius the Mojave (with his recent offspring)

Will be paired with Nerissa - normal
    http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...3/P1010803.jpg

Also might pair her with Toby the pastel, unless I get another female...

Then my (high contrast) het albino pair... Orlando x Rosalind.

Rosalind is just shy of 1400g now, but pounding rats like candy. ;)

    Next there's Vinnie the Spider
    http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...3/P1010791.jpg

    x Mona - normal
    http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...3/DSCN2431.jpg

Finally I have a "questionable" female normal, Delilah... still under 1000g, so I doubt she'll make it.

If she does by some miracle, I'll pair her with Dave the Black Pastel!

Lolo, I bought in the middle of last august and decided not to breed her until she was over 1800 g. Well, she got there by about mid-December and kept on eating through the breeding season. If she gets to about 1400-1500 g, try pairing her once and even if there isn't a copulation, that should send her into an eating frenzy and she should easily get there.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tips. :) I'm thinking she won't get to 1400g this winter, since she's not a big eater (mice only, 2-3 weekly)... we'll see, but I'm not gonna push her!

I have been waiting several season for this year to come around.

pos het snow female x DH snow male

het albino female x DH snow male

DH axanthic ghost female x DH snow male( I don't have a DH axanthic ghost male so I'm hoping for some axanthics pos het for both ghost and albino. This is going to be a long but interesting triple recessive project.)

    pastel female x pastel male

I have a normal female that I might let take the year off. If I breed her it will probably be with the DH snow male for more pos het snow females.

I need some more codom's, Most of my snakes look like normals. You guys at least have cool snakes to look at while you are growing them.
