Re: valid in context question
ok according to the fcc only these words are dirty here is the link yes took some digging but the b or female dog word need not be censored when used in context as our snakes have more than one baby at a time clutch liter the only difference is coldblooded fend for its self and small cute furry helpless http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_d...ords#The_words
sorry if this arouses controversy but i think were all adults and if parents arent monitoring their kids shame on them....i am a mom and h e double hockey sticks im over their shoulder when they're online

You can say hell here.
The system can't tell "context" in which you are writing. The context in which is it censored for this forum is so no one can call someone else that name. Other than the dog forum, there's really no other place (other than this thread) that the word would be used in context anyway. Not sure what the big deal is?
We also don't consult the FCC when making decisions for our privately owned forum.

But it's too much a derogatory part of our common language to ignore. The censor smilies act as a warning to a member that something they typed is not acceptable here and should be changed. If we took it off our list...we'd see a lot more "out of context" usage of the word, and then folks would whine because they didn't KNOW it wasn't appropriate for this site.
understood note immediate edit and cause for edit.....a friend of mine and i were talking his boy has had a lot of gfs last season only one being his snake and well hes taking lucy here soon so yeah just thought id throw it out there
