NERD does have some gorgeous champagnes :D I'm jealous you got one.

I can assure you that NERD's animals are nothing short of perfect. My collection/projects consist mostly of their animals, and they have never given me any problems. I know many people that also own thier animals, and they have not mentioned anything negative either.

You can't go wrong with NERD!
