Dominant Trait BP's

I heard there was a super calico and I have seen a picture but I've also heard speculation that it might just be an exceptional calico as no others were produced. Last I heard the jury is still out but maybe someone else here can clarify?

I don't know about calico, granite, or tiger.

But for champagne and desert I'm not sure a female has produced yet so if that hasn't happened don't see how we could know on either of those.

The homozygous spider is long overdue so again, I'm leaning homozygous lethal which would be technically co-dominant but very hard to prove.

Coral Glow is perhaps the most interesting of this list. Is it agreed to be the same as Banana? The Banana originator posted some pics on VPI Breeders Bragging site of what are believed to be Super Banana. There also seems to be some sort of bias against males in both lines and the very peculiar report of the first males of each line producing 100% coral glow/banana daughters and nearly 100% normal sons when bred to unrelated females. My theory to explain this is that the mutation is sex influenced like balding in humans which is not on the gender chromosomes but behaves differently in males and females (in the case of Coral Glow/Banana recessive in males but co-dominant in females). However, a big problem with this theory is there are at least three reports of rare males produced without inbreeding. Need some more breeding results to try to narrow down what is going on with Coral Glow/Banana but it might be co-dominant, at least in females.
