my boa poop so strange

    I know that this thread is old. Just curious about the outcome cause my RTB is pooping grey clay.

    Are you feeding him rats suckling on mom still? I noticed that when my boas were fed on rat pups and the like, they had more of a greyish poop. Once I switched them to mice and rodents that weren't on mothers milk, their poop turned back to a nice shade of poop lol. If his poop is runny or smells unusually bad, then you might want to take a fecal in to your vet. And mind you, snake poop doesn't smell like roses so by unusually bad, I mean triggers the gag reflex or makes the whole room smell like death.
