Sale ended last Saturday. Expect it again in about 6 more months. PALS is free and you don't even have to fill the paperwork out. Just say you want the card, they will scan it and ask you to go online or fill out the paperwork later.
If you were a PALS member, you would have gotten a notice about the sale and a few pretty good coupons to use last weekend.
