And my babies eat at least 15 mealworms each, it takes them about 5 min to down that many.... 3 sounds like an under feeding if that is all you are feeding them, that doesnt seem right. And there is nothing wrong with leaving meal worms in the dish at all times, when they are hungry they will eat and when they are full they will stop. My babies eat tons! So I try to limit it to about 20 a day for each
Does it matter how big the Mealworms are and can they be staple food with Leos?

cstruthers, one day I presented one of my beardies with well over 100 small-medium mealworms. He was eating them like a pig eating from a troth, just mouthfuls of mealworms. He got about half of them down before I decided that I made a mistake and took out the dish. His poop was very interesting the following day.
The rheostat ends up to be around the same price as a Zilla 500 watt thermostat.

They can be, some people would probably prefer you use superworms over mealworms, but I don't quite agree with that.
I like seeing my girls hunt the crickets. I'll have to try roaches some time. They don't care for darkling beetles.

Crickets are a no go in my house they are so annoying lol. I would rather use Meal Worms because Supers are so fatty (I think?).

Re: Leo List...
Does that t-stat actually have numbers on it? I can't make it out in the pictures I'm finding online and there is one at my local pet store that doesn't have numbers.

You should definately try some dubia roaches! They dont smell at all and they dont make any noise its great!
and yea the list looks good.
But to save some money, if you were only going to buy a rheostat, I would recommend getting a dimmer from home depot. If you know even the very basics of wiring then you can wire one up for $5 instead of spending $30 for a rheostat which is the exact same thing. Or just get a lamp dimmer from home depot which will run a little less than $15 and you dont have to wire anything. But I wire up all my own on anything I need dimmers on, it takes 5 min at the max to wire:gj:

Re: Leo List...
I have never tried the roaches, but everyone raves about them. I just wanted to add that if you get the medium crickets, they generally will not chirp. I have only had a problem with it when housing the adults.
