Here is a picture of my Nelson (pictures a little old). As far as they go with milksnakes they stay on the smaller end, mine has got maybe another seven or eight months of real growth left. My little guy has maybe missed three offered meals tops and always because of shed. Hell, I leave the mouse in because sometimes he won't take it at night but'll eat it the next day even. Skittish and quick too, weighs 72 grams now and is 33inches. I predict he'll get six more inches before he slows down on the growth.
