Do you think his head is funny shaped?

I pressume something just injured his eye badly in the past. I don't think having one less eye will affect the snake much at all. C'mon ppl we all know snakes have bad eyesight to begin with.

No I think he has a normal shapped head. :) Maybe a littel skinny, but that's all. Just give him a few fat, fat mice every 5 days and he'll plump right back up.

Anytime. Never feel like you can't ask a question about anything. You can also always pm one of the guys in green/red if you need immediate assistance. I think cyclops has gorgeous colors btw. He's very pretty.

Here are the issues I see

I see a one eye snake
    I see no QT practices
I see 2 young snakes house together
    I see an underweight snake

I am curious did you purchase this one eye snake like this or did this happen while in your care?

If you purchased it this way and you were not aware of his condition did you contact the seller?

She knew when she purchased him. There are actually three different threads on this little guy. Maybe we could get them merged to get the full story all together?

Sorry to be blunt but i have no way of knowing you and your husbandry experiance. So when i see something like your instance i just write what needs to be said. Now that i see your new here i have to ask did you read any of the caresheets here before you bought these snakes? If not then i ask that you do so you can make sure your temps and everything are correct before either of your snakes become sick.

I feel that way sometimes. I posted something about my snake that I have been caring for for 7 years. sometimes it feels like that, but most people DO want to help. I would love to help you on this subject, but I am no expert. I think I would definitely take him to a vet to make sure that everything is OK, anyway. Just for a check-up. I think it would be necessary to see the snake in person to make that kind of judgment. I say to a lot of people, "use your gut instinct" it will never fail you.:snake: As for feeling criticized, don`t pay attention to the negative...some people just have to say what is on their mind without thinking of a way to put it politely, without offending...most of the time it is not intentional. Good luck with your BP:banana: you will have plenty of time to fatten him up!! If you feel like something is wrong, then I wouls say by all means, take him to a vet...enjoy!!!

I do know a good deal about behavioral things, so if you have any ?s... you could do worse. I love to try to help.
