    Alright...well I'm glad we got that straightened out lol. I'm assuming now that it is bad for the snake?

    Hi,

    Yes they will, as you found out, find their way into the one place you don't want them to go.

    If there is a bit of tape in the enclosure then they will, at some point, end up stuck to it with all the damage and problems that entails.

    And before everyone posts "I've had tape for years and my snake hasn't got stuck to it" - add the word yet to the end of it. :P

    You can get away with the low tack painters tape but it is usually easy enough to use a perfectly safe alternative in the first place so I always tend to recommend that instead. :)
