To get something like this you can either wait for the hets to all grow up and breed a male and a female, but that's just silly. The fastest route would be to breed a pastel/super to a female pied, then take one of the male pastel het pieds and breed it to the mother. Then you would have a 25% chance to produce pied pastels.

Males only take a year to get to breeding age, females take 2 or 3. So it makes more sense to start with a recessive female then line breed.
