Liquid coming out while peeing is normal. The reason snakes produce urates is because they can absorb so much of the liquid they ingest that it comes out solid. A benefit in the wild when sometimes water is not available. In captivity though they always have access to water, more then they need, so their bodies don't always absorb all of it so it just comes out as liquid again. Usually people don't notice the liquid in their enclosures because it gets absorbed into the substrate.
