I had an Amel, a Snow, a Butter, and an Aztec Amel. I do love the orange colors of Corn Snakes. And they do eat A TON! All of mine were all up on 2 mice every feeding day because they were so ravenous when eating. They do seem to just MOVE everywhere, i had one that would just lounge on my shoulder though [: She was my favorite. To my Python, she's kinda hissy, well... more then kinda hissy everytime i would open the tank she would hiss at me. But never has she striked at me. Right now my mom [who i have trained well in the art of taking care of snakes] is taking care of her while i'm in Las Vegas.

I wonder if it has something to do with gender with corns that made your corn "layed back" as you mentioned you had a girl that would sit on your shoulder. I am real interested in different behaviors in reptiles. It fasinates me. They all have different temperments, and if you study them well enough, you can pretty much tell what they want, will do, want to do...ect.
As I said, welcome and it is always nice to look at photos of different people`s animals. I am somewhat of a shutterbug. :)

I think it did, because, even though Lilly's name was femine, Lilly was male and he would NOT sit still for ANY length of time. Coral would chill on my shoulder, in my sleeve, on my lap, Basically anywhere i set her down she'd chill with me. The Ball Pythons i've handled, are busy little bees [: Always moving about. Yes, they do have VERY different temperments, I noticed, some of my Corns would let me touch there heads, some likes the waters, whiles others didn't like either or. I use to be camera happy myself when it came to my snakes, but i haven't been recently since my favorite subject died, i will have to start getting back into that habit. Maybe i can take a few shots of my dad's Pythons...
