    From what I can tell, it looks like he's getting ready to shed, but it won't hurt to keep an eye on it...

    My snakes belly looks exactly like that, except a little brighter. I just checked on him, and his eyes are turning blue :) He is going to shed, and I think yours is, too!

    phew...thanks guys. I was just worried cuz it's been a few days and she's not getting milky or anything. Glad to hear it's prob nothing.

    I think the older they get the slower the shed cycles are. We always try to bet on when the snake will shed when we see the pink belly. I always get it wrong :( Always.

    If it is a uniform pinkness then it is probably the start of a shed cycle.

    Generally a burn will be pink, but only in one area, not over the whole belly.
