The landlord is cool with the reptiles, the only law around here is having a snake over 15'. If they find out, they will come to your house with a warrent and take him. No matter how long you've had it, it happened to someone off here not to long ago. They raised this snake since a hatchling, and in a moment he was gone. :( That wouldn't be cool.
