    Ooh, I hate those stupid organizations! Try to tell you what to do with the property YOU OWN. Well, that sucks.

    Well, I still can't imagine a damn thing but the water bottles. Maybe put the snakes down on the floor and keep their heat off. Idk if you can do that (whether you have lids or not). If you can, put the frozen water bottles above them so the cold air will sink down into the enclosures.

    Good luck. They could do way worse than 92.

    Why not look into getting a portable air conditioner? They aren't much bigger than a space heater...
