Re: Can BPs teeth penetrate a 'dish washing' kind of latex glove?
I have to use forceps when I feed my Green Tree Python. I know his teeth can penetrate gloves.

Re: Can BPs teeth penetrate a 'dish washing' kind of latex glove?
Go to a automotive supply store or eBay and get yourself a pair of 12-18" Hemostats, they are curved locking pliers. If you are feeding frozen/thawed, fresh killed they will work great. If you feed live there will be no need for them. Consider a snake hook for moving the snake while doing cage maintenance.
However, I would recommend getting your snake use to cage activity (cleaning, handling, etc.) and Handling at least on a weekly basis. Approach your snake from the side and give it a little rub before picking it up. Always be confident and unafraid. They are pretty docile creatures and if handled slowly and gently should not become startled and strike.
Hope this helps.

I had locking ones but I took a dremel and cut the locking parts off. It is soooo much easier without them on there.
