Re: starving snakes bp's :(
I seen it so much but now ther eonly one store in my county out of the 3 countyies whcih is funny since above the sussex county line your moreless told can't have any snake as a pet so I not sure how those in kent and newcastle couny are getting away with it since ( last I heard before they changed the regs) you needed a 1 acrea lot to own a bp up there. Most the so called pet shops around me have closed up or gone strickly t ofish and some smaller reptiles that don't need the permits. which i find odd why can a person own a 5ft + iguana that can do some serious cut with a tail and a harmless bp does need a permit.
off the rant box and back to reading The compelte ball python again to make sure I doing everything right ( helps when I refresh the brain even if it all rotten )
Re: starving snakes bp's :(
You need an acre to own a ball python. Uh, derp?
Re: starving snakes bp's :(
yeah in sections of de ( upper counties) you need an acre of land to have any snake but can have a goar/cow or even a horse on a smaller lot. I had a girl that wanted to adopt a bp from me but after the paperwork the permit was denied cause the lot was .990 of an acre. heck if I wanted to breed redtails or such I need ot have 1 an acredit zoo permit and a minium of 5 acre of land. what it is in some towns or counties they passed more requirments to have a pet. I know the park I lived in just passed a regulation that state no pit bull or bulldogs are allowed ( I guess they afraid of people having fighting dogs in the park. ) The resctrictions are getting so bad in differnet acreas I so temped to move if i could afford to and still make it by..
Re: starving snakes bp's :(
Cuz pitbulls and bulldogs are the only dogs that can fight.
So, yeah there's oversight, but it's retarded! An acre for an animal that needs 2 square feet...
