Good Luck!!! It's exciting to see what comes out. What was the pairing?

At day 50, expect many of the eggs to be very dimpled--they will, just before they hatch.

The gnarly-looking eggs that won't stay filled out really can give you white hairs. I have a clutch like that this year...but they're about to pip in just 3 to 6 days, now! I cut one, and there's a healthy-looking fetus inside.

Thanks guys. Most of the eggs have only begun to dimple a little. I have hatched eggs before, so I know what to expect in that department. One of the eggs had been massively caved in for 10+ days now, which is why it has me worried. The others seem to be progressing normally except for the mold, which is being kept at bay with Athlete's Foot powder. I am SOO tempted to cut the dimpled egg, but I am refraining.

The pairing was a Female Pastel Het Hypo to Male Mojave Het Hypo.

Wow. I can see why you are worried. That is a nice pairing. Not only crossing fingers, but toes as well. Good luck again! Hopefully you will be posting some nice hatlings after the weekend.

If you are at day 50 or so and they still candle good, they should be OK. If you have some that are extremely flat or dimpled see if they are soft or if they are hard to the touch. If they are hard it is most likely a dead egg. And by hard I mean they get really hard.

If you can't help yourself, go ahead and cut the dimpled egg. At day 50, it will be fine. I find most of my babies pip at day 55 to 57, rather than 60.
