Just the head ??

Pinkies are too small for a ball python. You would have to feed it 5-6 in one sitting for it to be at all worth it. Try hoppers or small adult mice instead.

Pinkies fall apart very easily. A full grown mouse should never just rip apart like that..

My bp is only 4/ 6 weeks old he is small the widest part of him is like maybe the weith of a carrot he was miss treated for the first few weeks of his life and not feed at all so I was told to start out slow and small with pinkies in till he gets the hang of it

yes i was thawing him out in warm water I will try the sit out and thaw and then warm water to just WARM him up next time thanks yal

i would at least try a fuzzie. a pinkie is way smaller then the width of a carrot. You want a prey item about the size of the snakes widest part. if he is willing to eat, get as much food in him as you can, don't sit there throwing pinkies at him.
