Sounds cool..was thinking on the same lines, the bp pewter fire & firefly def benefit from the fire gene..I think the axanthic fire would be an intresting combo :gj:

Well Ideally from all those pairings Id like to keep a 1.2 of each aside from the double het clown axanthic, I might get a little greedy with that pairing. I might just keep a Male co-dom(any of the ones listed) het for axanthic and keep a female co-dom het axanthic from every pairing and run that male through every morphs female. But even a 1.1 co-dom Het axanthic from each again if the odds are there. That way I can make super axanthics of each morph. . . It all depends on what hatches, I dont like to count my snakes before they hatch ;)

You have some great pairing going on there. I would recommend, however, keeping 2 males from any Double Recessive project as a back up. I produced double het Axanthic Pieds last year, and kept 2.2 from the breeding. You never know whne one of those males gets pene issues, or just doesn't want to breed until he is 3 or 4 years old. Just a suggestion.

p.s. My proven breeder DH True ghost male decided that he didn't want to breed this year, until about 2 weeks ago. My DH True Ghost female (also a proven breeder) was developing nicely, and I had starting getting thoughts of throwing something Hypo or Axanthic in there with her just to not loose a potential clutch. I bought this pair, as oppossed to producing them, so was only fortunate enough to get a pair. Sometimes having that back-up male is a blessing.

    Just my .02,

    Just my .02,

That is a great idea, thanks for the suggestion, Ideally I would like to keep all the double hets from that pairing ;)
