how I get my bp to poop.

My bp Ziggy hasnt pooped ive fed him like 6 times
soaked him a couple times nuthin came out there is nothing in his cage. i dont wanna spend money on a vet cuz i kno its just gonna happen again. so is there any other safe and effective way to get him to poop? ive heard to try prune juice but i dont want something going wrong with that. just any ideas will work thx.

i had a ball that just stopped eating one day and he didnt eat or poop for a about a month and i got him out and started massagin him and he pooped all over i think was stopped up and me doing that help unblock it or something but if u do this remember it makes a mess
