    Astro Turf can get really dirty if you don't take your time cleaning it. Some people say if you don't clean it right, it's a bacteria playground. IMO, I would stay with newspaper or paper towels. Much easier to clean!

    Whatever works for you and more importantly your snake. Just thought I'd throw that in there in case you didn't know. Sorry if you did.

    Yeah. The reason I switched over, was because I talked to my vet. I have three pieces. The one that already in, the one that's in cleaning, and one thats already dried, and ready ready to be switched out, so it's not like I'm going to be pressed into doing a quick clean.

    And no worries. Yeah, the only reason I talked to my vet (who's owned Ball Pythons, and some other snakes himself) had suggested that cycle, and it sounded good with me. He said it worked very well for his snakes, and him.

    But thanks for the heads up about the bacteria, I'll be extra careful when I clean them.
