This brings me to wonder if you really did solve the 40g tank. If it needed a soak then ur humidity is to low. Seems you havent solved it all.
And on a side note. I would never take my bp into a pet shop :/ unless you soaked urself in pam and the snake after you got back LOL

Why so funny? In my area I have three reputable shops for which I would not hesitate one second on taking my bp to if I had a concern. If they found any possible problem they would either tell me what needs to be done or recommend I see the vet. This could be the case for him.

Nope. Not randomly.

Snakes are like people. Some like the water some don't, some like to climb some don't. Each snake is different and you have to find what works. Mine loves water and loves to hang out on his branch. Have even seen him hang like a tree python.
