I read that some one called the cops when they seen Tito push Jenna down. That would kind of make sense considering she was wearing an arm sling and had no bruises to her face etc. If Tito would have slapped or punched her she would have marks and she would have said so. Tito said she was taking oxy's. I am willing to bet Tito did actually push her down durring a heated arguement and she really was on oxy's at the time. She probably takes them regularly and Tito spilled the beans when he found out she said she was pressing charges on him. After they both cooled down and made up they knew it was in both of their best interests to retract their damaging statements about each other. Very smart move imo if they intend to stay together and work it all out. Keeping their statements would cost them crediability and millions in dollars...
