LA-State could create trade-in program for illegal animals

I agree with the amnesty, but enough with passing so many bills. I can't even keep up anymore with what bill is passing where or when it's going in effect of for who and why and AHH! :weirdface

The only reason I began keeping track at all was news of S373, and now my head is ready to explode with all the rediculousness that has jumped out of the woodworks.

The issues with people that make these laws is they go purely off of hear say and thrive off the media. The laws shown here need work more details and kinks worked out and theyd be awesome but again narrow minded people who haven't the first clue about anything are the ones saying what goes and what doesn't
