If a Blood is really what you want my advice to you get a blood from a good breeder and try getting a CB animal, Bloods are not BP and they are not what I would consider a beginner snake.

Nice deal often is just that (though this one is not such a nice deal)

This addition turned into a rescue, he has stuck shed on his face, retained eyecaps, maybe a bit of a RI. The people had him in a 80 gallon with dirt in the bottom DRENCHED with water. They fed him every three weeks, but he is still quite a chunker. All in all, his life has been screwed up for a looooong time. I washed him up in warm water and did a quick mite check up which was impossible thanks to the dirt all over him. I sprayed hte 20 gallon I used to transport him and the 55 gallon he is in now with Provent a Mite. I gave him a 28 quart kitty litter pan with a hole in the side for a hide, then on the other end of the tank there's a bin of water for him to soak and get the shed off. I put some plastic wrap over the top screen to keep in humidity and what not. I am using white paper towel as substrate for now untill I know there is no mites on him.

I would post pics, but I would rather not get tore up at the momnt, he is in shed, new place, long trip, he's jsut too stressed. I'll post some tomorrow
