Re: Any Woma keepers on here???
I love love looooove Womas. I hope to own one someday. Sadly, because of the new exotic species regulations here in BC, I need to have a permit for a Woma. :tears:
Re: Any Woma keepers on here???
You don't need a permit for a Woma. The only time you would need a permit is if it got over 9 feet, which really isn't likely.

That's supposed to be typical, right? I've often heard "woma" and "wet noodle" in the same sentance.

At one point I had three womas - and they were all very noodle-like.
Re: Any Woma keepers on here???
My Woma's name is "Susie Noodle" because she's so docile lol!
Re: Any Woma keepers on here???
my dad's friend who's an ex pat australian has offered to let me have a one year woma is it true they settle around 4-5 ft in length.
Re: Any Woma keepers on here???
It depnds on the locale. There are different locales, I think 4-5 feet would be the smallest, the largest getting upwards of 8 feet. Outside of Australia, the locales are all mixed up, and I think the average size turns out to be around 5-6 feet.

I have two womas (Patroit and Wilma). They are my favorite snake breed so far:)
