you could be forced from the house depending on the type of mold and how bad it really is.

if your crawlspace has a gravel/dirt floor once you replace all that moldy wood put a vapor barrier under floor. i would surely consider adding a sump pump if your having water in your crawlspace. also you need vents down there you might not have enough already as it is. if you put a fan down there you want it to blow out of the house so you dont spread mold spores

for the mold on the wood i would use a dry ice blaster to remove it, its 100 times easier quicker and more effective its basicly point and shoot.

we had this same problem back in the day in one of our houses after we got it cleaned out we had 5 or 6 vents added to the walls of the crawl space and never had the problem again.

also with the mold contained in the crawl space if you were to call in the pros you wouldnt have your home deemed unliveable even with it on the inside unless your whole house is just covered in mold they can work with removing it with out you have to actually leave your house just the area they are working it at that moment and they would block off the rest of the house.

    x2

Bleach will do the trick...must get the moisture out...it spreads and the mold will grow back.
