Well at least you got them for a good price, and good luck with breeding!

I'm pretty sure my 'female' snow corn is actually a male. I've tried to pop with no success, but the tail just looks too thick and long. When I get my probing set, we'll really see.
Really messes with my breeding plans though. :(

Oh I know what you mean, definitely messes with breeding plans a whole lot. I would like to get my own probing kit as well, it'll make sexing so much easier even if it takes longer. I can be more exact and make breeding plans easier. I just need to learn how to probe before I try it. I've seen a SnakeBytesTV video on it, and it does look pretty simple if you know what you're doing. Plus it'd be great to have the experience of knowing how to probe.

I've watched people probe in person, but I can't pop adults for the life of me like I can babies. :(

My large female is extremely hard to pop, and sometimes I think her scent glands are hemipenes which I HOPE not. Then I've had her for 2 years thinking she's a she. And then it would ruin all of my breeding plans for her:mad:. I'm going to check again tonight, her tail seems chubby, but not incredibly long and her spurs are pretty small, so we'll see what happens. I wanna make sure before I breed. I feel like I'll be breeding VERY soon, probably in the next month if I can. Now that I know my other "female" normal is a male:P

Babies are way easier as they don't have the muscle power to give you a hard time! You must have someone show you the proper way! You can cause damage to a snake if done wrong. Can you breed this time of year? I thought breeding season is nov. to feb.!

    You can breed year-round.

Ahh That video makes me cringe, I know it has to be done, but some of them look like it hurts!! I need to try it and learn how to pop but Im so afraid I'll hurt the little guys...
