    If you choose to use a UTH you need to have something controlling its temperature output. A temporary rheostat will work until you can get a reptile thermostat.

    Leaving the UTH running wide open can burn your snake.

    Yea i alrdy looked around for some thermostats prob wont have the c ash for a week or 2 so i guess ill have to deal for now lol

    I have moss in a little bowl. Fill it with water, enough to get the moss really soggy. That will help put humidity in the cage.

    When you do get an under tank heater, inch the water dish closer to the hot side until it is in the right place that will keep the proper humidity. I started doing that about a month ago and it is the greatest. I imagine that you have something to measure the humidity, you certainly do not want a wet snake.

    yes i keep my humidity between 50-60 but it is kind of a hassle when i have school or work all day sometimes it will drop to about 40-45 after a long day

    Question with the uth's my tank is on a wood stand this wound now allow me to use the uth correct or does it not get that hot
