Ringers can be signs of carrying another gene or just a random occurrence that distorts the color of the scales in the shape of a "ring". In the case of that Champagne it is an extreme ringer.

A ringer simply has a lack of pigment/pattern near the vent, but in this case is far more drastic and as far as I know this is the largest 'ring' yet. Most are just a small ring of white or even just a 'smear' in the pattern near the vent.

I am not a big Champ fan but the The ringer looks great.

I don't know why but the champagne morphs don't do anything for me..
