Hi and welcome, just wondering, are you using a t-stat/r-stat to control that UTH, and are you measuring the temps and humidity?

And as for poppin her...she is extremly comfortable with bein handeld...I just kept puttin pressure on her until I saw the tissue pop...and there were none of those little ball things...maybe I did it wrong but I'm pretty confidant my conclusion was right...it xactly how the females did on the instructional vid...

No that might be cuz shes getting too hot so she moves. BUT the uth can get to 120* i know my zoomed does. 120 will burn ur snake(they say kill)

You deff want to get a dimmer or tstat for the uth cuz if the snake sits on it to long it will burn her if she goes below substrate

Another good way to make a hide for larger snakes is to get an appropriately sized cat litter box, flip it upside down, and cut a hole in the side of it just big enough for the snake to fit through...

As far as the vendors for shows: If Reptile Basics isn't listed, check to see if Cold-Blooded Novelties is listed. Rich, from RBI and Frank from CBN usually set-up together, and if Rich isn't there Frank will usually have a pile of RBI gear to sell. I'm just not sure if they go as far as Ohio...
