should i get this Coral Albino Boa?

well, whats your goal with it? are you looking for a pet? or are you looking to breed boas?

You sound like me Being bitten by the snake bug. I say get it if the room allows. I got a male RTB since the females tend to get a lot larger.

That looks like a regular albino. Here is what a salmon/hypo boa should look like.
