not that I think i ever will get to go, but I say other expenses to consider are any possible parking fees, show admit, figure a drink or couple since i know most shows frown on bringing your own in.( up here at some places at least) I aslo consider grabbing any bulk supplies you have a hard time finding back home for a good price or in a steady supply.

I have planned for the next show I get ot go and i got the funds ( non snake items ) are a proper snakes stick or 3 since I do caught them in houses and such for people a probing kit the show didn't have any this time I went.:rage:( main reason I went lol) and if possible to a quire at least 30-40 ft of 11in flexwatt. outside that I may go for a spider, a visible axanthic, or a king snake for my niece if she still wanting one lol..

There's a Hampton Inn near the race track that will give you an Embry Riddle discount if you ask (Embry Riddle Areonautical University). Great hotel, nice rooms, nice pool, crappy free breakfast. Stay away from the eggs. But you call fill up on bagels, muffins, and a bunch of other stuff, and above all else it's free. We stayed there all the time until we rented the house in Ormond Beach for my son while he's in college. that's where I'll be staying for the show.

There's an Olive Garden next door to the Hampton Inn and you can fill up on their salad and bread sticks for very little money. You can hit a supermarket and pick up some lunchmeat, a loaf of bread and live on that for very little money too.

    Good Luck!
