enlarged hemipenes

Another update, this one finally a little good.
the doctor removed the dead tissue around his hemipenes since the redness turned into sores which was getting larger. as for the coughing up blood, that was probably a mistake on my part when i opened his mouth a tiny bit for the food. he might have bit down on the syringe but i didn't notice.
the eyes? doctor says he MAY never see again. I'm hopeful because when i work on his eyes i see his pupils dilating and following me.
