Re: What wrong with this pic?
I'd drop the 80. The tank is worth atleast that and they look to be 2 pretty nice lookin' normals. Could always separate them and then you pretty much pay it off with a free tank for 1 and 2 nice lookin' normals out of it! Looks like the one curled up in the back has a sweet reduced pattern.
Re: What wrong with this pic?
Dont get me wrong i did judge anything. I just remember someone on here posting about a normal ate another normal. Or i have just herd some bad stories about snakes housed together. And i also her that they will not eat because they are in a stressed out situation.
I guess it never crossed my mind to buy the tank and turn around and sell it. Good idea! I just emailed the lady and i will update yall!
Re: What wrong with this pic?
I paid 150$ to rescue my 9 year old female (who was recently adopted by a breeder friend who I know will take excellent care of her!). I had no idea what condition she was in (damned internet ads...) but couldn't turn her away when I saw her. Knowing I saved her from a horrible life was worth the lost money.
Realistically, you buy it for 80$. Flip the tank for 30-40$ and you've just picked up snakes at 20-25$ a piece. Worth it in my books!

Re: What wrong with this pic?
Gosh, what isn't wrong with it.
Here we go
1. reptile carpet. total junk, holds germs
2. heat lamp, depending on where you live, in most parts of the country these are inappropriate, will suck out the humidity and leave you with a dried up, unhappy and unhealthy ball python
2. Aquarium. I continue to maintain they are not suitable for ball pythons in about 90% of situations. don't hold heat, don't hold humidity
3. No hides
4. was there a water bowl?
5. Two snakes together. While you will hear people tell you this is ok. I maintain it is nothing but bad. Ball pythons do not hang out together in the wild. They are solitary creatures and having two in one cage does nothing for them but put them in danger.
I can't go back and look at the pic again so , thats it for now.
Re: What wrong with this pic?
is there anything right about that pic? ooo, they have water !!!
they're hatchlings, in a set-up thats been thrown together quickly, purely to sell for a profit
walk !!! dont be conned
Re: What wrong with this pic?
