    Currently use a Zoo-Med Reptitemp.. Can't stand it! Getting a Herpstat or Herpstat II within the next couple of weeks and will be using that when I build my new rack.

    Just to make sure, Herpstat II can control two different temperatures, correct? I plan on using it for an incubator and a rack.

    Thats right. It also has the built-in night drop as well :gj:

    I dont think the USB interface controls anything. I think it just reports the current readings from the herpstat to the spyder robotics website or sends out an email incase of out-of-limit temperatures.

    If you visit the spyder robotics website, you can download and view the PDF manual which tells you exactly what it does.
